WHY CONVERTING A POWERPOINT IS IMPORTANT
If a PowerPoint needs to be converted to a PDF, it needs to be converted using the ACROBAT tab in PowerPoint.

When the ACROBAT tab is used the presentation will retain all of the built in accessibility that you created.

If you print to a PDF the presentation will not retain the accessibility.
