According to Section 508: All training and informational video and multimedia productions which support the agency’s mission, regardless of format, that contain speech or other audio information necessary for the comprehension of the content, shall be closed captioned.

• Deaf or Hard of Hearing learners will be able to follow along with your video if there are closed captions.

• If there are no closed captions, that is equivalent to posting a video without sound.
